Celebrity Endorsement-Scenario 4
A major celebrity has agreed to support me. Though, I graciously accepted their endorsement and left it that because I am not quite sure how the public feels about this celebrity.
Annual Convention-Scenario 3
I attended an annual convention where I was asked to speak for an interest group that promotes limiting immigration levels and enforcing border control. I understand there are those who are either against or for the cause, so by attending this convention, I would have the opportunity to view everyone's opinions and formulate my own thoughts and concerns.
Welfare Reform Act-Scenario 2
By supporting the Welfare Reform act, we are aiding in clearing up inefficient programs. The welfare agencies in our state are quite large, serving a vast community with different needs. We as a nation need to be more efficient and less wasteful. Therefore, I believe we could benefit a large amount of people by endorsing the Welfare Reform Act.
Technology Bill -Scenario 1
One Senator has offered to back up my proposed Technology Bill in exchange for my support in the English Language Bill. I turned down the offer and did not receive the support needed for the Technology Bill. I understand the different ethnic groups are against this also. I will definitely oppose the idea of the passing of this bill.
